Spireon is an award-winning vehicle intelligence company in North America that provides insights to businesses and consumers on tracking, managing and protecting their mobile assets. In 2018, Spireon received six industry awards for their products. Their NSpire platform supports almost four million active subscribers including car dealers, financial institutions and consumers.

Spireon was previously owned by Bertram Capital, a private equity firm with over $1 billion in investments in lower middle market companies.
