The bottled water industry is currently a $16 billion market and is expected to grow at a compounded annual rate of 8% while the non-alcoholic beverage market is a $180 billion industry and growing at a low single-digit rate.   • William Blair Supports MAPSCorps as a New Community Partner

    William Blair recently partnered with MAPSCorps, a non profit that works with youth in underserved communities to produce data about community assets that can be used to improve the human condition. To help grow the program,  William Blair gave $200,000 to MAPSCorps for the 2018-2019 year. With the funding, MAPSCorps launched an alumni council and added the Hermosa neighborhood to its mapping region. Next year, it plans to add six new neighborhoods. Over the summer months, MAPSCorps works with youth to collect data on businesses, organizations and people.     Mercy Home is filled with incredible team members who work tirelessly to better the lives of Chicago’s youth. Thirty years ago, Monti Clayton was brought to Mercy Home after an unfortunate situation. Monti was working at Cabrini Green, a public housing complex, where she would visit with the residents to help them better their lives.
